Commonly known as Telkom Indonesia (stylised as Telkom Indonesıa) or simply Telkom, is an Indonesian multinational telecommunications conglomerate. Telkom is a semi-privatised, majority state-owned company listed on multiple exchanges. It has major businesses in fixed-line telephony, internet and data communications. It is operated as the parent company of Telkom Group, which is engaged in a broad range of businesses that consists of telecommunication, multimedia, property and financial services.
Telkom is one of the worlds oldest telecommunication companies; first established on 23 October 1856, under the Dutch Colonial Government. Since 2008, Telkom Indonesia began changing its business focus, infrastructure, systems, organization, and human resources, as well as the corporate culture, in their effort to face rising competition. Telkom is the dominant and largest provider of fixed line services due to owning most of Indonesians copper network. It is also the largest telecommunication company in Indonesia with 11 direct subsidiaries with active operations, 25 indirect subsidiaries, and 9 affiliated companies.

PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) is a Subholding Integrated Marine Logistics (SH IML) of PT Pertamina (Persero) that was established in 2016. As of 2021, PIS was chosen as the parent of Sub-holding for Integrated Marine Logistics (SH IML).
